I’m doing the plank challenge to tone my belly – who’s with me!?
Confession time: If I am going to make the time to workout – cardio is 100% my preference. I love to sweat and gain endorphins and energy from cardio – this has not done well for the belly I gained with my son (who is 17 months so no this is not an ‘it takes time’ situation!).I need to get back into weights but I haven’t had time to come up with a new routine…. March goals! So in the meantime I figured I would start searching for little changes I could make.
Today I came across a plank challenge and decided to give it a try. The beginning sounds really easy (I can do a plank for 20 seconds) but if the end goal is to plank for 5 minutes sign me up! I am going to comment my status every few days to keep myself honest.
Ready. Set. Go!
